M75 Tony Bowman posted three early season indoor marks. He ran 60m (9.16s),faster than he ran indoors last season,200m in 30.97s and 400m in 81.42s I was carrying a back and knee injury, probably shouldn’t have jumped, but i did and cleared 1.70m off a short run-up in the high jump.
