In the U11 age group,Grace Plater won the long jump with 3.37m,not far off her season’s best and pb.
Amy Wilson,in the U13 age group didn’t finish the 70m hurdles,but ran 13.3s for the 80m,not far off her best and leapt 2.67m in the long jump,a bit down on her best.
Rebecca Lister ran the 150m in 23.1s,just shy of the all time rankings list and cleared a pb in the high jump with 1.15m,moving her up to equal 25th on the all time list.
Khalil Abdelaziz was 3rd in the U13 Boys 75m hurdles with 17.6s,5th in the 80m with 13.0s and 6th in the long jump with 2.31m,well down on his best jumps this year.
Nicola Miller was 4th in the U15 Girls javelin with 15.51m,won the discus with a pb 19.75m and recorded one of her best distances in the shot,with a putt of 6.89m.
Charlotte Feeley was 3rd in the discus with 16.83m and 6th in the shot with a putt of 6.56m.
Sian Gilmartin-Green was 2nd in the javelin with 18.41m,4th in the shot with 7.36m and 2nd in the long jump with 4.13m.
In the U17 events,Amena Abdelaziz was 2nd in the javelin with 17.73m,1st in the discus with 16.26m and long jumped 4.27m for 3rd place.
Hannah Ukandu had an excellent day,amazingly adding over 4.5m to her pb in the javelin to win with 32.97m and moving up to 4th on the all time list.
She also had a decent putt of 9.14m in the shot for another win and edged closer to the 5m mark in the long jump,with a 4.90m pb (32nd all time list) to record a hat trick of wins.
U20,Sam Bentley struggled in the long jump,having been consistently well over 6m,he registered just 4.79m.In the triple jump,he was a little below his 14m form,with 13.69m in 2nd place.
In a welcome return to competition,Adam Timms posted some impressive performances in the senior events,winning two and finishing 2nd in two more.
He high jumped 1.85m,threw the javelin 50.73m,putt the shot a pb 12.44m,moving up to 16th on the all time list and threw the discus 37.57m entering that list at 19th.
