U13 Girls
Rebecca Lister was on top form, equalling her best in the 75m A race with 11.9s and also in the B 150m with 24.9s for two 3rd place finishes.In her debut at the high jump, she jumped 1.08m and placed 2nd in the B.
In the B 75m, Lois Fish ran 12.0s in 3rd place, making the all time list and was close to her best in the shot, finishing 2nd in the B with 4.47m.
Jessie Mogridge ran an outdoor season’s best in the A 150m, finishing 3rd in 24.8s and was 2nd in the B 800m in a pb 3.09.1, taking over a second and a half off her previous best.
Chloe Lucciarini made a huge improvement to her 800m pb, finishing 3rd in the A race and running almost 12 seconds quicker than ever before with 2.56.2.In the A shot Chloe was 2nd with a putt of 6.23m in her debut at the event and made an immediate impact on the all all time list.
Jessica Barker was 2nd in the 70m hurdles with 13.5s and won the B long jump with 3.88m, just 10m shy of her best.
On a special day for Megan Sanders, she won the B 70m hurdles in a pb 13.8s, the A long jump with another pb, breaking the 4m mark for the first time with 4.06m and added 7cm to her high jump best, finishing 2nd in the A with 1.17m.All three performances move her up on the respective all time lists.
The 4x100m team of Jessie, Chloe, Rebecca & Megan were 2nd in 62.5s.

U13 Boys
Lewis Renton couldn, t find his best form in the 100m, finishing second in the A race with 13.9s and was a second down on his best 200m time, running 28.1s again for 2nd in the A.
In the long jump he wasn’t far off his best with 4.63m, but this was only good enough for 2nd place.
Dominic Peterson won the B 100m in 14.5s, was 3rd in the A 1500m with 5.05.0 and was well down on his best in the high jump with a 1.17m clearance for 3rd place in the A event.
In the B 200m, Mitchell Cox was over a second down on his pb set in the Ingrams League, but 29.5s was still good enough to win.
Billy Dawson was just outside his best time in the 800m, finishing 2nd in the A race with 2.33.3 and threw a big pb in the shot, adding over 60cm to his previous best and placing 3rd in the A with 5.90m.
Owen Savage was 3rd in the B 800m with 3.18.4, 2nd in the B 75m hurdles with 17.7s and 2nd in the B shot with 5.59m.
In the B 1500m, Alex Booth was 3rd in the B string with 5.22.8 and placed 3rd in the B high jump with 1.11m
Khalil Abdelaziz was 3rd in the A 75m hurdles not far off his best with 17.4s and 3rd in the B long jump with 3.83m.
The 4x100m relay team of Lewis, Mitchell, Dominic & Billy were 3rd with 55.9s, their fastest of the season.

U15 Girls
Caoimhe Crampton won the A 100m with 13.6s, the A 75m hurdles in 12.2s and added 30cm to her long jump pb, winning the A event with 4.49m,
In the B 100m, Melissa Fletcher made it maximum points, winning with a pb 13.75s and in the 75m hurdles, taking the B with 12.3s.She also jumped 1.35m in the A high jump, finishing in 2nd place.
Gemma Keir was 3rd in the A 200m, running a pb with 28.3s and was 2nd in the A 1500m with 4.59.2.
In the B 200m, Molly Yearby ran a big pb with 29.8s, almost a 2 second improvement since May.
Nicola Sawyer was 3rd in the A 800m, close to her best with 2.40.4, jumped a pb 4.17m in the long jump taking 2nd place in the B and won the A javelin with 21.54.
Jemma Ibbetson was 3rd in the B 800m with 3.01.7 and equalled her pb in the high jump, jointly winning the B event with 1.25m.
In the A shot, Sian Gilmartin-Green was close to her best with 7.60m in 3rd place and was 2nd in the B javelin with a pb of 17.60m.
Nicola Miller was 2nd in the B shot with 6.52m and close to her best in the A discus in 3rd place with 17.34m, Charlotte Feeley taking 3rd in the B with 11.25m.
The 4x100m team of Melissa, Gemma, Molly and Caoimhe were 2nd in a very close race with 53.7s

U15 Boys
Finlay Fuller won the A 100m in 12.3s, the A 200m with 25.1s and the A long jump with 5.68m.
Another triple winner, Jacob Fincham-Dukes won the B 100m with 12.9s, the A 80m hurdles in 12.3s and the A high jump with 1.60m.
Thomas Harrison was 3rd in the B 200m, close to his best with 28.4s and 2nd in the B long jump with 4.34m.
Ben Tootle & John Hubball tackled the 400/800m, Ben finishing 2nd in the A 400m in 57.1s, John knocking 2 seconds off his best with 59.1 for 2nd in the B.
In the 800m, Ben was 2nd in the A with 2.11.1, knocking a massive 5 seconds off his previous best and making an entry on the all time list, John won the B string with 2.14.1.
Jack Allison & Kieran Savage scored a double win in the 1500m, Jack taking the A with 4.37.9 and Kieran winning the B in 4.39.4, not far off his best.
In the field, Kieran extended his pb in the javelin to 21.02m, finishing 2nd in the B.
Jack Gape had a treble win, in the B 80m hurdles, which he ran in 13.1s, the A shot, where he threatened his pb with a 10.39m putt and the B high jump, again close to his best with 1.55m.
In the discus, George Armstrong won the A string and was close to his recent pb with 35.34m, in the B, Harris Hameed was 2nd with 17.79m.
George was close to his best again in the hammer, finishing 2nd in the A with 26.60m, Harris winning the B with 22.85m.
In the A string javelin, George was a few metres down on his best form, in 2nd place with 27.20m and in the B shot, Harris registered his 2nd best ever putt, winning with 9.61m
The 4x100m relay team of Jacob, Thomas, Jack & Finlay ran their fastest time of the season winning with 49.6s.
Likewise in the 4x400m relay, Ben, Kieran, John & Jack ran their quickest of the year in 2nd place with 3.57.2.

U17 Women
The ladies had a few gaps once again with no pole vaulters, hammer throwers, 300m hurdlers and quite a few B string places vacant.

India Wilson was 3rd in the A string 100m in 13.8s and 3rd in the A 200m with 28.3s, both times well outside her season’s bests.
In the B 100m, Melody Peterson was outside 14s for the first time this season, finishing in 2nd place with 14.3s.
In the 80m hurdles, Melody was 3rd in the A with 15.9s and won the B triple jump, not far off her best with 9.05m.
Katie Ward was 3rd in the B 200m with 29.6s and 2nd in the A triple jump with 9.34m, one of her best ever jumps.
Georgia Yearby ran a fine pb with 41.2s to win the 300m A race, staying in 4th place on the all time list and also took the A 800m with 2.22.2, another pb, moving her up a couple of places on that list.In the discus, she was 2nd in the A with her 3rd pb of the day, a throw of 15.51m.
On her event debut, Grace Coburn was 2nd in the B 300m with 46.5s earning a place on the all time list for that event.
In the field, Grace was 3rd in the A shot with a 5.40m putt and 3rd in the B discus with 13.36m.
Ellie Dooley was 2nd in the A 1500m with 6.05.4 and won the A 3000m with 13.01.6, both times well down on her best.
Hannah Ukandu was 2nd in the A high jump with 1.35m, not far off her best in the long jump, finishing 3rd in the A with 4.49m and threw a new best in the javelin with 26.35m, placing 2nd in the A event.
Amena Abdelaziz was 2nd in the B long jump with 4.25m, 2nd in the B shot with 5.21m and 3rd in the B javelin, just short of her best with 15.73m.
The 4x100m quartet of Katie, Hannah, Melody & India were 2nd in 53.8s and the 4x300m team of Grace, Ellie, India & Georgia were also 2nd with 3.08.40.

U17 Men
Aqib Javed scored a fine sprint double, taking the A 100m in 11.6s and A 200m with a pb 23.3s.
Liam Braithwaite was 3rd in both B sprints, in 13.0s and 25.5s respectively.
Nick Petrou followed his pb in the North Yorkshire Schools Championships with another one, this time running 50.6s to win the A 400m and move up to equal 8th on the all time list.
On his team debut.Elliot Holt was 2nd in the B 400m with 61.2s and was also 2nd in the B hammer with 16.52m
Luke Cooper ran a season’s best in the 800m with 2.08.8 for 3rd place in the A, Sean Flanagan was 3rd in the B with a big pb of 2.14.3, knocking nearly 8 seconds off his previous best.
Sean was also 3rd in the A 1500m with another best of 4.42.6, Daniel Harrison finishing 2nd in the B with 5.32.3, a season’s best by more than 10 seconds.
Daniel was close to his best in the A 3000m in 2nd place with 11.27.3 and Lee Swithenbank, in his first appearance for the club, won the B race with 12.09.8.
There were no takers for the 400m hurdles or 1500m steeple chase, but in the 100m hurdles, Matt Campleman and Andrew Russell scored maximum points, Matt clocking 15.2s in the A and Andrew 16.6s in the B.
Matt was also 2nd in the A long jump with 6.01m and 3rd in the A shot with a pb putt of 10.80m.
Andrew took the A pole vault with 3.60m and recorded 23.41m in the discus and 2nd place in the B in his first attempt at the event.
Appiah Kwarteng equalled his pb in the high jump, finishing 3rd in the A with a 1.55m clearance and long jumped 4.89m to place 2nd in the B event.
Max Ansell-Wood was 2nd in the A triple jump with 10.88m and 2nd in the A discus with a pb 25.20m.
On his team debut, Callum Raper was 3rd in the A javelin with 16.15m and 3rd in the A hammer with 18.57m.
In the relays, the 4x100m team of Aqib, Max, Appiah & Matt won and just failed to make the all time list with 46.6s.
The 4x400m quartet of Nick, Liam, Lee & Luke were 2nd in 3.47.1.
