U11 Grace Plater was in good form, winning the 600m with 2.00.4 and was 3rd in the long jump with 3.39m.
In the U15 Girls age group, Molly Yearby won the 100m, close to her best in 14.7s, Nicola Sawyer in 3rd ran a pb with 14.8s and also leapt 4.06m in the long jump.
Jack Gape was 5th in the U15 Boys 100m, running 12.95s and in the U17 event, Matt Campleman was 2nd in a big pb 11.8s, Andrew Russell finishing 4th with 13.4s, just shy of his best.
In the field, Andrew putt the shot 8.76m not far off his pb.
Jack Allison ran a pb in the 1500m, finishing 2nd in the U15 Boys event with 4.35.6 and Jodie Gregorczyk running 5.34.7 in the Senior Women’s race, finishing in 3rd place.
In the U17 Women’s 100m, Georgia Yearby ran a pb, knocking plenty off her previous best, finishing 3rd with 13.0s and earning a place on the all time list in equal 22nd.
Tom Lindsay ran a season’s best of 12.3s, finishing 3rd in the Senior Men’s 100m and cleared a decent 1.75m in the high jump.
Matt Barton found the lack of heel spikes in his shoes a problem, on the slippery high jump fan, clearing just 1.55m, before sensibly retiring.
